Service Expectations
Exceptions to these standards will be noted in an orange ALERT box. Unless otherwise noted, customers can expect the following:

Monday - Friday

• Acknowledgement of voice and email messages sent the same day if submitted by 2pm, otherwise, the next business day.
• Rental listing status acknowledgement sent same day if submitted by 1pm, othewise, the next business day. Renter Profiles posted the same day if submitted by 4pm.

Saturday and Sunday

• Rental listings, Renter Profiles, and other communications submitted on Saturday and Sunday will be acknowledged by the end of the day Monday.
