Service Expectations
Exceptions to these standards will be noted in an orange ALERT box. Unless otherwise noted, customers can expect the following:
Monday - Thursday
- Acknowledgement of voice and email messages sent the next business day
- Approved listing status acknowledgement sent within 24 hours of submission.
Saturday and Sunday
- Listings and other communications submitted on Saturday will be acknowledged by the end of the day Tuesday.
- Listings and other communications submitted on Sunday will be acknowledged by the end of the day Wednesday.
