Service Expectations
Exceptions to these standards will be noted in an orange ALERT box. Unless otherwise noted, customers can expect the following:

Monday - Thursday

  • Acknowledgement of voice and email messages sent the next business day
  • Approved listing status acknowledgement sent within 24 hours of submission.

Saturday and Sunday

  • Listings and other communications submitted on Saturday will be acknowledged by the end of the day Tuesday.
  • Listings and other communications submitted on Sunday will be acknowledged by the end of the day Wednesday.
